DISPUTE:
CLAIM OF EMPLOYES:
1. That the Texas and New Orleans Railroad violated the controlling agreement when they contracted the maintenance and servicing of air-conditioning equipment in buildings, offices and shops
located at San Antonio, Texas, to the Sebastian Corporation.
2. That accordingly The Texas and New Orleans Railroad Company be ordered to discontinue this practice and compensate the
following employees for 8 hours each on the dates shown, at the
applicable rate of pay for electricians:'
May 9, 1956-George Hellman, Electrician
May 21, 1956-Bert Willie, "
May 22, 1956-Glen Miller, "
May 23, 1956-B. M. Anderwald, "
STATEMENT:
The above referred to question was submitted to the
Second Division of the National Railroad Adjustment Board by the above
referred to organization in ex parte form, and the Division is now in receipt
of a request from the employes that the case be withdrawn.
AWARD
Claim dismissed.
