DISPUTE:
CLAIM OF E311PLOYES:
1. That under current agreement Ernest Shaw, laborer at
Kansas City, Missouri, was deprived of work on Saturday, July 21,
1956.
2. That accordingly the Carrier be ordered to compensate the
Claimant for a three (3) hour call in accordance with Rule 4 (c) of
the agreement.
STATEMENT:
The above referred to question was submitted to the
Second Division of the National Railroad Adjustment Board by the above
referred to organization in ex parte form, and the Division is now in receipt
of a request from the employes that the case be withdrawn.
AWARD
Claim dismissed.
