LOUISVILLE AND NASHVILLE RAILROAD COMPANY
DISPUTE: CLAIM OF EMPLOYES:
1. That under the current Agreement, the Carrier has improperly used other than Firemen and Oilers (Laborers) to operate the
Shop Truck at Corbin, Kentucky, since December 1, 1956.
2. That accordingly the Carrier be ordered to assign the operation of the Shop Truck at Corbin, Kentucky to the Firemen and
Oilers (Laborers).
STATEMENT:
The above referred to question was submitted to the
Second Division of the National Railroad Adjustment Board by the above
referred to organization in ex parte form, and the Division is now in receipt
of a request from the employes that the case be withdrawn.
AWARD
Claim dismissed.
