DISPUTE: CLAIM OF EMPLOYES:
1. That under the controlling agreement R. B. Maxwell, Machinist, Jacksonville, Florida, J. M. Burkett, car repairer helper, Waycross, Georgia, G. W. Elkins, car repairer, Atlanta, Georgia, and
those dependent upon them, the carrier is unjustly denying them the
usual and normal pass privileges granted other employes in the
service.
2. That accordingly the carrier be ordered to restore pass privileges to these employes and their dependents to the same extent and
on the same basis as are extended other employes in the service.
STATEMENT:
The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the National Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to
organization in ex parte form. Hearing was held thereon, and the Division
is now in receipt of a request from the employes that the case be withdrawn.
AWARD
Claim dismissed.
