DISPUTE:
CLAIM OF EMPLOYES:
1. That under the Current Controlling Agreement, Coach
Cleaner Margaret McDonough was unjustly deprived of her seniority
rights to work on and since November 30, 1956.
2. That accordingly the Carrier be ordered to restore the aforesaid Coach Cleaner to service with seniority rights unimpaired, and
compensated for all time lost retroactive to the aforementioned date.
STATEMENT:
The above question was submitted to the Second Division
of the National Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to organization in ex parte form, and the Division is now in receipt of a request from
the employes that the case be withdrawn.
