DISPUTE:
CLAIM OF EMPLOYES:
1. That Trainee Telephone Inspector T. P. Maier was improperly
compensated for traveling from Minot, North Dakota, to Superior,
Wisconsin on September 1 and 2, 1956, and
2. That accordingly the Carrier be ordered to additionally compensate T. P. Maier for the difference between the 16 hours at straight
time rate he was paid by the Carrier and 20 hours at time and one-
. half rate that he claimed for services performed on September 1 and
2, 1956.
STATEMENT:
The above question was submitted to the Second Division
of the National Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to organization in ex parte form, and the Division is now in receipt of a request from
the employes that the case be withdrawn.
AWARD
Claim dismissed.
