DISPUTE: CLAIM OF EMPLOYES: "Car Inspectors at Youngstown, Ohio are now being required to service air compressor. This does not come under the classification of Car Inspector's work.


For this reason the Organization is asking that the following men be compensated as for in this claim.






Eight (8) hours pro-rata pay for each day that they were required to service the air compressor.


STATEMENT: The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the National Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to organization in ex parte form, and the Division is now in receipt of a request from the employes that the case be withdrawn.




    Claim dismissed.
