ILLINOIS CENTRAL RAILROAD COMPANY
DISPUTE: CLAIM OF EMPLOYES:
1. That under the current agreement the Carrier improperly assigned other than Sheet Metal Workers (Water Service Repairmen)
to assemble and install sheet metal lockers at Memphis Terminal,
Memphis, Tennessee on April 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, and 9, 1956.
2. That accordingly the Carrier be ordered to additionally compensate Sheet Metal Workers (Water Service Repairmen).
W. T. Rayburn G. E. Smart
W. L. Taylor W. H. Butler, Jr.
eighty-eight (88) hours at the time and one-half rate of pay for the aforesaid
violation.
STATEMENT: The above question was submitted to the Second Division
of the National Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to organization in ex parte form, and the Division is now in receipt of a request from the
employes that the case be withdrawn.
AWARD
Claim dismissed.
