PARTIES TO DISPUTE
SYSTEM FEDERATION NO. 150, RAILWAY EMPLOYES'
DEPARTMENT, AFL-CIO (Sheet Me-tat Workers)
THE CINCINNATI UNION TERMINAL COMPANY
DISPUTE: CLAIM OF EMPLOYES:
1. That under the current agreement other than Sheet Metal
Workers were improperly assigned to perform Sheet Metal Workers'
work of removing the sheet metal around water cooler in the car
and after cooler was placed in electric shop other than Sheet Metal
Workers dismantling the water cooler pipes in their entirety to make
the necessary repairs to the leaking pipes that the car was shopped
for. This cooler was removed from 4002 PRR Coach, April 10, 1956.
2. That accordingly the carrier be ordered to compensate Sheet
Metal Worker A. Juengling and Sheet Metal Worker Helper L. Mayer
each in the amount of eight (8) hours pay at the applicable overtime
rate for April 10, 1956.
FINDINGS: The Second Division of the Adjustment Board, upon the
whole record and all the evidence, finds that:
The carrier or carriers and the employe or employes involved in this
dispute are respectively carrier and employe within the meaning of the
Railway Labor Act as approved June 21, 1934.
This Division of the Adjustment Board has jurisdiction over the dispute
involved herein.
The parties to said dispute were given due notice of hearing thereon.
The facts and circumstances as well as the parties being similar to those
herein, disposition of this claim is governed by our Award No. 2747. (Docket
No. 2593 CUT-SM.)

AWARD
Remanded to the parties for further handling in accordance with the pfovisions of the jurisdictional dispute agreement.
