. THE CINCINNATI UNION TERMINAL COMPANY
DISPUTE: CLAIM OF EMPLOYES:
1. That under the current agreement other than Sheet Metal
Workers were improperly assigned to perform Sheet Metal Workers'
work of disconnecting and connecting pipe connections of various
types, removing and replacing of water tank or container, unsweating of copper pipes, renewing of various copper pipes in cooler, cutting
and reflaring all sizes of copper pipe and repairing sweated copper
pipe joints that were leaking in water cooler on March 13, 1956.
2. That accordingly the Carrier be ordered to compensate Sheet
Metal Worker A. Juengling and Sheet Metal Worker Walter E. Simpkins each in the amount of eight (8) hours pay at the applicable
overtime rate for March 13, 1956.
FINDINGS: The Second Division of the Adjustment Board, upon the
whole record and all the evidence, finds that:
The carrier or carriers and the employe or employes involved in this
dispute are respectively carrier and employe within the meaning of the
Railway Labor Act as approved June 21, 1934.
This Division of the Adjustment Board has jurisdiction over the dispute
involved herein.
The parties to said dispute were given due notice of hearing thereon.
The facts and circumstances as well as the parties being similar to those
herein, disposition of this claim is governed by our Award No. 2747. (Docket
No. 2593 CUT-SMW.)

AWARD
Remanded to the parties for further handling in accordance with the provisions of the jurisdictional dispute agreement.
