DISPUTE: CLAIM OF EMPLOYES:

1. That under the current agreement the carrier improperly assigned other than sheet metal workers to perform the work of removing and replacing of 2,, flange pipe joints and pipes on water pump, cleaning flange pipe joints, making new gaskets for pipe joints, removing and replacing and cleaning of water pipes and connections to roof mounting air condition unit, washing and cleaning out of 16 gauge sheet metal drain pan under the air-condition unit, and cleaning and flushing out of the drain pipe to the drain pan, on L&N coach 2398, May 1, 1956.



FINDINGS: The Second Division of the Adjustment Board, upon the whole record and all the evidence, finds that:

The carrier or carriers and the employe or employes involved in this dispute are respectively carrier and employe within the meaning of the Railway Labor Act as approved June 21, 1934.

This Division of the Adjustment Board has jurisdiction over the dispute involved herein.



The facts and circumstances as well as the parties being similar to those herein, disposition of this claim is governed by our Award No. 2747. (Docket No. 2593 CUT-SM.)

Remanded to the parties for further handling in accordance with the provisions of the jurisdictional dispute agreement.
