PARTIES TO DISPUTE
SYSTEM FEDERATION NO. 150, RAILWAY EMPLOYES'
DEPARTMENT, AFL (Sheet Metal Workers)
CINCINNATI UNION TERMINAL COMPANY
DISPUTE:
CLAIM OF EMPLOYES:
1. That under the current agreement the carrier improperly
assigned other than Sheet Metal Workers to perform the work of
cleaning pipe joints, renewing pipes and sweating pipe joints to and
on condenser coil unit on B&O 5018 coach May 7, 1956.
2. That accordingly the carrier be ordered to compensate Sheet
Metal Workers M. Fields and Wm. Ryan, each in the amount of
eight (8) hours pay at the applicable overtime rate for May 7, 1956.
FINDINGS:
The Second Division of the Adjustment Board, upon the
whole record and all the evidence, finds that:
The carrier or carriers and the employe or employes involved in this
dispute are respectively carrier and employe within the meaning of the
Railway Labor Act as approved June 21, 1934.
This Division of the Adjustment Board has jurisdiction over the dispute
involved herein.
The parties to said dispute were given due notice of hearing thereon.
The facts and circumstances as well as the parties being similar to
those herein, disposition of this claim is governed by our Award No. 2747.

AWARD
Remanded to the parties for further handling in accordance with the
provisions of the jurisdictional dispute agreement.
