addition Referee Livingston Smith when the award was rendered.

SYSTEM FEDERATION NO. 150, RAILWAY EMPLOYES'

DEPARTMENT, AFL (Sheet Metal Workers)

CINCINNATI UNION TERMINAL COMPANY

DISPUTE: CLAIM OF EMPLOYES:

1. That under the current agreement the carrier improperly assigned other than Sheet Metal Workers to perform the work of disconnecting and connecting pipe connections to compressor in their entirety to change compressors on B&O coach 4625 on April 2, 1956.

2. That accordingly the carrier be ordered to compensate Sheet Metal Workers A. Juengling and W. Ryan each in the amount of eight (8) hours pay at the applicable rate for April 2, 1956.

FINDINGS: The Second Division of the Adjustment Board, upon the whole record and all the evidence, finds that:

The carrier or carriers and the employe or employes involved in this dispute are respectively carrier and employe within the meaning of the Railway Labor Act as approved June 21, 1934.

This Division of the Adjustment Board has jurisdiction over the dispute involved herein.

The parties to said dispute were given due notice of hearing thereon.

The facts and all the circumstances as well as the parties being similar to those herein, disposition of this claim is governed by our Award No. 2747. (Docket No. 2593 CUT-SM.)
