PARTIES TO DISPUTE

DISPUTE:
CLAIM OF EMPLOYES:
1. That under the current agreement the carrier improperly
assigned other than Sheet Metal Workers to the work of repairing
condenser coil pipes and applied condenser on car, the resweating of
the copper pipe joints to the condenser, connecting the pipe connections to the compressor, applying and connecting the freon copper
pipes, replacing and connecting the automatic water valve, and
repiping the water pipes on the right side of the equipment in its
entirety on PRR coach 4252, April 17, 1956.
2. That accordingly the carrier be ordered to compensate Sheet
Metal Worker A. Juengling and Wm. Vornberg each in the amount
of eight (8) hours pay at the applicable rate for April 17, 1956.
FINDINGS: The Second Division of the Adjustment Board, upon the
whole record and all the evidence, finds that:
The carrier or carriers and the employe or employes involved in this
dispute are respectively carrier and employe within the meaning of the
Railway Labor Act as approved June 21, 1934.
This Division of the Adjustment Board has jurisdiction over the dispute
involved herein.
The parties to said dispute were given due notice of hearing thereon.
The facts and circumstances as well as the parties being similar to those
herein, disposition of this claim is governed by our Award No. 2747. (Docket
No. 2593 CUT-SM).

AWARD
Remanded to the parties for further handling in accordance with the provisions of the jurisdictional dispute agreement.
