PARTIES TO DISPUTE

SYSTEM FEDERATION -NO. 150, RAILWAY EMPLOYES'

DEPARTMENT, AFL-CIO (Sheet Metal Workers)






1. That the Carrier failed to comply with the procedural provisions of the current agreement.


2. That under the current agreement other than Sheet Metal Workers were improperly assigned to perform the work of renewing, repairing, disconnecting, connecting, reflaring of pipe joints, renewing pipe fittings and connections on water pipes to air condition equipment on L&N Coach 1904, February il, 1956.



FINDINGS: The Second Division of the Adjustment Board, upon the whole record and all the evidence, finds that:

The carrier or carriers and the employe or employes involved in this dispute are respectively carrier and employe within the meaning of the Railway Labor Act, as approved June 21, 1934.

This Division of the Adjustment Board has jurisdiction over the dispute involved herein.



The facts and circumstances as well as the parties being similar to those herein, disposition of this claim is governed by our Award No. 2747. (Docket No. 2593 CUT-SM).
