addition Referee Livingston Smith when the award was rendered.

DEPARTMENT, AFL-CIO (Sheet Metal Workers)
DISPUTE: CLAIM OF EMPLOYES: That under the current agreement the Carrier improperly assigned others than Sheet Metal Workers to perform the work of disconnecting and connecting the water pump to the flooded condenser sump tank to renew pump, also disconnected the water supply pipe to the water float valve, cleaned out the pipes and (Tee) fitting strainer in pipe line to water float valve, and removed the water float valve and pipe fittings, cleaned and replaced, on C&O coach 1618, June 25, 1956.
FINDINGS: The Second Division of the Adjustment Board, upon the whole record and all the evidence, finds that:
The carrier or carriers and the employe or employes involved in this dispute are respectively carrier and employe within the meaning of the Railway Labor Act as approved June 21, 1934.
This Division of the Adjustment Board has jurisdiction over the dispute involved herein.
The facts and circumstances as well as the parties being similar to those herein, disposition of this claim is governed by our Award No. 2747. (Docket No. 2593 CUT-SM).
