PARTIES TO DISPUTE:
SYSTEM FEDERATION NO. 150, RAILWAY EMPLOYES'

THE CINCINNATI UNION TERMINAL COMPANY
DISPUTE: CLAIM OF EMPLOYES:
1. That under the current agreement the Carrier improperly
assigned other than Sheet Metal Workers to perform the work of
unsweating all copper pipes in their entirety on condenser, removed
by unsweating all copper pipe joints on 5/85 and 1/2" copper sections,
cleaned and retinned all.copper pipe joints, renewed about 14 feet of
5/8° copper pipe under the car up through the floor and inside of
lavatory to the expansion valve near the ceiling of car inside of
lavatory, renewed about 12 feet of 1/21, copper pipe under the car
along the floor, resweated all copper pipes to new condenser after
condenser was applied, and wrapped all the copper pipes under the
car with asbestos pipe wrapping, on B&O Diner 2004 May 18, 1956.
2. That accordingly the Carrier be ordered to compensate Sheet
Metal Worker F. Kinney and Sheet Metal Worker Helper A. Carroll
each in the amount of eight (8) hours pay at the applicable overtime
rate for May 18, 1956.
FINDINGS: The Second Division of the Adjustment Board, upon the
whole record and all the evidence, finds that:
The carrier or carriers and the employe or employes involved in this
dispute are respectively carrier and employe within the meaning of the
Railway Labor Act as approved June 21, 1934.
This Division of the Adjustment Board has jurisdiction over the dispute
involved herein.
The parties to said dispute were given due notice of hearing thereon.

The facts and circumstances as well as the parties being similar to those
herein, disposition of this claim is governed by our Award No. 2747. (Docket
No. 2593 CUT-SM).
AWARD
Remanded to the parties for further handling in accordance with the provisions of the jurisdictional dispute agreement.
