DISPUTE: CLAIM OF EMPLOYES: That under the current agreement the Carrier improperly assigned other than Sheet Metal Workers to perform the work of disconnecting all pipe joints and fitting on water level control valve, unscrewed water level valve and renewed a new EA-135020 water level valve and connected all pipes and replaced pipe fittings in new valve to flooded condenser water tank on C&O 1656 coach May 11, 1956.


FINDINGS: The Second Division of the Adjustment Board, upon the whole record and all the evidence, finds that:


The carrier or carriers and the employe or employes involved in this dispute are respectively carrier and employe within the meaning of the Railway Labor Act as approved June 21, 1934.


This Division of the Adjustment Board has jurisdiction over the dispute involved herein.




The facts and circumstances as well as the parties being similar to those herein, disposition of this claim is governed by our Award No. 2747. (Docket No. 2593 CUT-SM).




Remanded to the parties for further handling in accordance with the provisions of the jurisdictional dispute agreement.
