addition Referee Livingston Smith when the award was rendered.

DISPUTE: CLAIM OF EMPLOYES:

1. That under the current agreement the Carrier improperly assigned other than Sheet Metal Workers to perform the work of cleaning of copper pipe to resweat joints on 11, copper pipe, resweat three (3) 1" pipe joints in Tee fitting and repair all leaks in copper pipe in front of evaporator on NYC 8976 Dormitory car June 15, 1956.


2. That accordingly the Carrier be ordered to compensate Sheet Metal Workers R. Rucklos and R. Neuman and Sheet Metal Worker Helper A. Harrison each in the amount of a four (4) hour call under the Call Rule for June 15, 1956.


FINDINGS: The Second Division of the Adjustment Board, upon the whole record and all the evidence, finds that:

The carrier or carriers and the employe or employes involved in this dispute are respectively carrier and employe within the meaning of the Railway Labor Act as approved June 21, 1934.

This Division of the Adjustment Board has jurisdiction over the dispute involved herein.



The facts and circumstances as well as the parties being similar to those herein, disposition of this claim is governed by our Award No. 2747. (Docket No. 2593 CLTT-SM).
