DISPUTE:
CLAIM OF EMPLOYES:
1. That under the current agreement, the Carrier improperly
assigned other than Carmen Painters to stencil light weights on cars
at Minneapolis, Minn., from May 17, 1956 to July 12, 1956 incl.
2. That accordingly the Carrier be ordered to additionally compensate Carmen Painters Steve Scalza, Roy Benson and George Jackson for twenty (20) hours each at their applicable time and one-half
rate for the aforesaid violation.
STATEMENT:
The above question was submitted to the Second Division
of the National Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to organization in ex parte form, and the Division is now in receipt of a request from
the employes that the case be withdrawn.
AWARD
Claim dismissed.
