DISPUTE: CLAIM OF EMPLOYES:
1. That under the controlling agreement Carman Tentative
Robert Chapman identification No. 100249 is entitled to the difference between straight time rate and time and one-half rate of pay
for each of 5 days of his vacation he was required to work during
each of the years 1955 and 1956. Chesapeake and Ohio Railroad Car
Shop Russell, Kentucky.
2. That the Carrier be ordered to pay Robert Chapman for 4
hours at straight time rate of pay in addition to 8 hours at straight
time rate received for each of the 5-day vacations he was required
to work the years 1955 and 1956.
STATEMENT: The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the National Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to
organization in ex parte form, and the Division is now in receipt of a request
from the employes that the case be withdrawn.
AWARD
Claim dismissed.
