DISPUTE:
CLAIM OF EMPLOYES:
1. That the provisions of the current agreement were violated
and Electrical Workers C. Richards and W. Annette were unjustly
damaged by the action of the Carrier in permitting two General
Foremen to displace two hourly rated Gang Leader Electrical
Workers, and
2. That accordingly the Carrier be ordered to restore Electrical Workers C. Richards and W. Annette to their former position
as Gang Leader Electrical Worker and additionally compensate them
at the established differential rate for Lead Men from December
1, 1956.
STATEMENT:
The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the National Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to
organization in ex parte form, and the Division is now in receipt of a request
from the employes that the case be withdrawn.
AWARD
Claim dismissed.
