ATCHISON, TOPEKA & SANTA FE RAILWAY SYSTEM
DISPUTE: CLAIM OF EMPLOYES:
1. That under the current agreement other than Carmen were
improperly used to make gaskets from gasket material for the No.
1119 end steam valve on Passenger cars on November 9, 1956.
2. That accordingly the Carrier be ordered to compensate Carman R. D. Walker in the amount of four (4) hours at his applicable
pro rata rate making him whole for the above mentioned violation.
STATEMENT: The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the National Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to
organization in ex parte form, and the Division is now in receipt of a request
from the employes that the case be withdrawn.
AWARD
Claim dismissed.
