DISPUTE:
CLAIM OF EMPLOYES:
1. That under the current Vacation Agreement the Carrier
improperly compensated the employes we represent (Operators, Engineers, tc.) working at the Port Richmond Coal Dumper for their
vacation periods in the year 1956.
2. That accordingly the Carrier be ordered to compensate the
aforesaid employes the difference between what they were paid awhile
on vacation and what was paid the relief worker filling their assignment during their vacation.
STATEMENT: The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the National Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to
organization in ex parte form, and the Division is now in receipt of a request
from the employes that the case be withdrawn.
