SYSTEM FEDERATION NO. 103, RAILWAY EMPLOYES'

MONTOUR RAILROAD COMPANY
DISPUTE: CLAIM OF EMPLOYES:
1. That the current agreement was violated when the Carrier
contracted out two hundred (200) cars for repair on the following
dates to the Pullman-Standard Car Manufacturing Company in
Butler, Pennsylvania. March 15 and 16, 25 cars. April 3, 5, 15, 17,
19 and 22, 25 cars on each date.
2. That the following Carmen, carmen helpers, painters and
painter helpers be additionally compensated equally divided amongst
the number of hours that other than carmen craft employes were
used to perform the work.
STATEMENT:
The above question was submitted to the Second Division
of the National Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to organization in ex parte form, and the Division is now in receipt of a request from the
employes that the case be withdrawn.
AWARD
Claim dismissed.
