PARTIES TO DISPUTE
SYSTEM FEDERATION NO. 41, RAILWAY EMPLOYES'
DEPARTMENT, AFL-CIO (Carmen)
CHESAPEAKE AND OHIO RAILROAD
DISPUTE: CLAIM OF EMPLOYES:
1. That under the terms of the current agreement Carmen J. H.
M. Sowards, John Dolan and R. W. Cumpston are entitled to be permanently assigned to positions of Carmen advertised in Bulletin No.
1 dated January 4, 1957 at Huntington, West Virginia.
2. That accordingly the Carrier be ordered to assign the aforenamed employes permanently to the positions of Carmen advertised
in Bulletin No. 1 dated January 4, 1957.
STATEMENT: The above question was submitted to the Second Division
of the National Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to organization in ex parte form, and the Division is now in receipt of a request from the
employes that the case be withdrawn.
AWARD
Claim dismissed.
