    ATLANTIC COAST LINE RAILROAD COMPANY


    DISPUTE: CLAIM OF EMPLOYES:


    1. That under the controlling agreement, Car Repairer B. T. Richardson was improperly moved from his regularly assigned Car Repairer's position in the Car Shop to the Train Yard and required to perform car inspector's duties on December 19 and 21, 1956.


    2. That accordingly the Carrier be ordered to additionally compensate Car Inspectors F. L. Winters and T. A. Galloway, Sr. 8 hours each at the applicable overtime rate.


STATEMENT: The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the National Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to organization in ex parte form, and the Division is now in receipt of a request from the employes that the case be withdrawn.

                  AWARD


    Claim dismissed.
