BALTIMORE AND OHIO RAILROAD COMPANY
DISPUTE: CLAIM OF EMPLOYES:
1. That under the current agreement the Carrier improperly
furloughed Sheet Metal Worker Melvin S. Leese September 12, 1956.
2. That, accordingly, the Carrier be ordered to compensate
Sheet Metal Worker Melvin S. Leese the eight (8) hours pay at the
pro rata rate from September 12, 1956, and all subsequent dates that
the Carrier worked Sheet Metal Worker C. E. Davis.
STATEMENT: The above question was submitted to the Second Division
of the National Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to organization in ex parte form, and the Division is now in receipt of a request from the
employes that the case be withdrawn.
AWARD
Claim dismissed.
