CHICAGO, BURLINGTON & QUINCY RAILROAD COMPANY
DISPUTE: CLAIM OF EMPLOYES:
1. That under the controlling agreement, Rule 62, the Carrier
improperly assigned other than C. B. & Q. Sheet Metal Workers to
perform pipe work on the train, Denver Zephyr at the 14th Street
Passenger Yards, Chicago, Illinois.
2. That the carrier be ordered to discontinue using other than
Sheet Metal Workers to perform this work and compensate Sheet
Metal Workers W. Quinn, A. Kohler, M. Finzelbahr, two days each
week and O. Fahlmark one day each week since October 27, 1956.
STATEMENT: The above question was submitted to the Second Division
of the National Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to organization in ex parte form, and the Division is now in receipt of a request from the
employes that the case be withdrawn.
AWARD
Claim dismissed.
