PARTIES TO DISPUTE:
SYSTEM FEDERATION NO. 101, RAILWAY EMPLOYES'

GREAT NORTHERN RAILROAD
DISPUTE: CLAIM OF EMPLOYES:
1. That the Carrier violated the current Agreement, particularly
Rule 88 by the improper assignment of Carman Helper Serafim
Treperinas to Wrecking Service on June 5, 6, 7 and 8, 1956.
2. That accordingly the Carrier be ordered to pay Carman
Clarence Johnson 561/2 hours at the applicable time and one-half rate
for the dates involved.
STATEMENT:
The above question was submitted to the Second Division
of the National Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to organization in ex parte form, and the Division is now in receipt of a request from the
employes that the case be withdrawn.
AWARD
Claim dismissed.
