    MISSOURI-KANSAS-TEXAS RAILROAD COMPANY


    DISPUTE: CLAIM OF EMPLOYES:


    1. That the Carrier violated provisions of agreement and particularly Rule 19 (a) thereof, agreement dated December 1, 1956.


    2. That accordingly the carrier be ordered to compensate the claimant, A. M. Turner of Glen Park, Kansas City, Kansas, eight hours at punitive rate for March 17, sixteen hours for March 19, eight hours each March 24 and 29, 1957 account other employes performing shop laborers' work on the days above mentioned.


STATEMENT: The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the National Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to organization in ex parte form, and the Division is now in receipt of a request from the employes that the case be withdrawn.

                  AWARD


    Claim dismissed.
