PARTIES TO DISPUTE

DEPARTMENT, AFL-CIO (Boilermakers)
GULF, COLORADO & SANTA FE RAILWAY
DISPUTE: CLAIM OF EMPLOYEE:
1. That under the current agreement the carrier improperly
assigned other than Boilermakers the work of opening front end
door, blowing flues washing flues and boiler, inspecting boiler, and
replacing front end door.
2. That under the current agreement the carrier improperly
members of the machinist, and laborers, crafts to prepare for inspection, and inspect the stationary boiler Silsbee, Texas.
3. That Furloughed Boilermaker W. R. Marutzky be compensated for three days (24 hours) pay at pro rata Boilermakers rate of
pay.
STATEMENT:
The above question was submitted to the Second Division
of the National Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to organization in ex parte form, and the Division is now in receipt of a request from the
employes that the case be withdrawn.
AWARD
Claim dismissed.
