ILLINOIS CENTRAL RAILROAD COMPANY
DISPUTE: CLAIM OF EMPLOYES:
7. That under the current agreement the carrier improperly
assigned other than employes of the Carmen's craft to perform work
on Engine No. 2521, Reevesville, Illinois, October 29, 1956.
2. That accordingly the Carrier be ordered to pay carman H. M.
Grief, and carman helper C. E. Keeling, each 4 and one half hours at
the time and one half rate for October 29, 1956.
STATEMENT: The above question was submitted to the Second Division
of the National Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to organization in ex parte form, hearing thereon was not held, and the Division is now
in receipt of a request from the employes that the case be withdrawn.
AWARD
Claim dismissed.
