ILLINOIS CENTRAL RAILROAD COMPANY
DISPUTE: CLAIM OF EMPLOYES:
1. That under the current agreement the carrier improperly
assigned other than Carmen to perform the work of rebrassing
engine tender truck on engine 2521 at Chiles, Kentucky, November
14, 1956.
2. That accordingly the Carrier be ordered to pay Carman H. M.
Grief and Carman Helper C. E. Keeling, each four and one half hours
at the time and one half rate for November 14, 1956.
STATEMENT: The above question was submitted to the Second Division
of the National Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to organization in ex parte form, hearing thereon was not held, and the Division is now
in receipt of a request from the employes that the case be withdrawn.
AWARD
Claim dismissed.
