THE BELT RAILWAY COMPANY OF CHICAGO
DISPUTE: CLAIM OF EMPLOYES:
1. That under the current agreement the carrier improperly
assigned Sheet Metal Worker Helper French to perform Sheet Metal
Workers' work on the 8:00 P.M. to 4:00 A.M. shift October 18, 1956.
2. That accordingly the Carrier be ordered to compensate Sheet
Metal Worker Welder A. E. Sayeski for eight (8) hours at the applicable time and one-half rate for the aforesaid violation.
STATEMENT: The above question was submitted to the Second Division
of the National Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to organization in ex parte form, and the Division is now in receipt of a request from the
employes that the case be withdrawn.
AWARD
Claim dismissed.
