NATIONAL RAILROAD ADJUSTMENT BOARD

addition Referee James P. Kiernan when the award was rendered.
PARTIES TO DISPUTE:
SYSTEM FEDERATION NO. 150, RAILWAY EMPLOYES'
DEPARTMENT, AFL-CIO (Sheet Metal Workers)
THE CINCINNATI UNION TERMINAL COMPANY
DISPUTE: CLAIM OF EMPLOYES:
1. That under the current agreement the Carrier improperly
assigned other than Sheet Metal Workers to perform the work of
dismantling of 18 gauge sheet metal around water cooler, repairing
leaks in cooler pipes, disconnecting and connecting pipes and connections, and resweating of copper pipes in joints, on May 28, 1956.
2. That accordingly the Carrier be ordered to compensate Sheet
Metal Worker E. Hudson and Sheet Metal Worker Helper J. McCoy,
each in the amount of eight (8) hours pay at the applicable overtime
rate for May 28, 1956.
FINDINGS: The Second Division of the Adjustment Board, upon the
whole record and all the evidence, finds that:
The carrier or carriers and the employe or employes involved in this dispute are respectively carrier and employe within the meaning of the Railway
Labor Act as approved June 21, 1934.
This Division of the Adjustment Board has jurisdiction over the dispute
involved herein.
The parties to said dispute waived right of appearance at hearing thereon.
The Board finds the facts in this case to be substantially the same as in
Docket No. 2813, Award No. 2931.

AWARD
Remanded to the parties for further handling on the property.
