    ELGIN, JOLIET & EASTERN RAILWAY COMPANY


    DISPUTE: CLAIM OF EMPLOYES:


    1. That under the current agreement the Carrier improperly assigned the Machinists' Craft the work of removing Diesel oil tank from Locomotive No. 203, at their Joliet, Illinois Shops.


    2. That Boilermaker M. Gleason and Boilermaker Helper E. Larsen be compensated for eight (8) hours each at straight time rate of, pay.


STATEMENT: The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the National Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to organization in ex parte form, and the Division is now in receipt of a request from the employes that the case be withdrawn.

                  AWARD


    Claim dismissed.
