DISPUTE: CLAIM OF EMPLOYES:
1. That under the current Agreement, Motor Car Mechanic
Helper H. S. Sassi has been unjustly deprived of all property earned
service rights, including compensation, because of improper removal
from the service of the Carrier at close of shift on June 28, 1957.
2. That accordingly, the Carrier be ordered to restore this employe to service with all service rights unimpaired, with full compensation for all time lost from June 28, 1957, to date of restoration to
service.
STATEMENT: The above question was submitted to the Second Division
of the National Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to organization in ex paxte form, hearing thereon was not held, and the Division is now
in receipt of a request from the employes that the case be withdrawn.
AWARD
Claim dismissed.
