DISPUTE: CLAIM OF EMPLOYES: That the Chicago, Milwaukee, St. Paul and Pacific Railroad Company be ordered to additionally compensate Carmen Ivan J. Hansen and A. W. Tamcke in the amount of 8 hours at rate of $2.2780 for having assigned Machinists on February 1, 1957 to changing draw bars on Motors E49 and E36 between units.


STATEMENT: The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the National Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to organization in ex parte form, and the Division is now in receipt of a request from the employes that the case be withdrawn.


                  AWARD


    Claim dismissed.
