PARTIES TO DISPUTE:






1. That the Monongahela Connecting Railroad Company violated the provisions of the current agreement when other than Electrical Workers Craftsmen were used to operate cranes in the roundhouse.


2. That accordingly, the Monongahela Connecting Railroad Company be ordered to compensate the following electrical workers on the dates enumerated herewith and on all subsequent dates on which others than electrical workers craftsmen are used to perform work involved:




















STATEMENT: The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the National Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to organization in ex parte form, and the Division is now in receipt of a request from the employes that the case be withdrawn.
