DISPUTE:
CLAIM OF EMPLOYES:
1. That the Monongahela Connecting Railroad Company violated
the provisions of the current agreement when other than Electrical
Workers Craftsmen were used to operate cranes in the roundhouse.
2. That accordingly, the Monongahela Connecting Railroad Company be ordered to compensate the following electrical workers on the
dates enumerated herewith and on all subsequent dates on which
others than electrical workers craftsmen are used to perform work
involved:
June 28th, 1956-W. Ward and helper-four (4) hours pro rata
July 1st, 1957-A. Labs. and helper-four (4) hours pro rata
July 2nd, 1957 M. Greer and helper-four (4) hours pro rata
July 3rd, 1957-E. Smith and helper-four (4) hours pro rata
July 5th, 1957-0. Berry and helper-four (4) hours pro rata
July 8th, 1957-J. McCorkle and helper-four (4) hours pro rata
July 9th, 1957-P. Burcin and helper-four (4) hours pro rata
July 11th, 1957-A. Kichi and helper-four (4) hours pro rata
July 12th, 1957-R. Fanty and helper-four (4) hours pro rata
STATEMENT:
The above question was submitted to the Second Division
of the National Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to organization in ex parte form, and the Division is now in receipt of a request from the
employes that the case be withdrawn.
