    DISPUTE: CLAIM OF EMPLOYES:


    1. That the Carrier unjustly denied payment of noon hour meals to all Rocky Mountain Division Trolley Line Crew Employes when performing service away from their headquarters.


    2. That the Carrier be ordered to reimburse all the Trolley Line Crew employes for noon meals starting with the month of May 1957 and subsequent months thereafter.


STATEMENT: The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the National Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to organization in ex parte form, and the Division is now in receipt of a request from the employes that the case be withdrawn.

                  AWARD


    Claim dismissed.
