      MISSOURI PACIFIC RAILROAD COMPANY


DISPUTE: CLAIM OF EMPLOYES:

1. That under the current Agreement the Carrier violated said Agreement when it refused to allow Lead Carman L. R. Barrera to work the holiday, May 30, 1957.

    2. That the Carrier be ordered to make Carman L. R. Barrera whole by additionally compensating him in the amount of eight (8) hours at the applicable time and one-half rate of pay.


STATEMENT: The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the National Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to organization in ex parte form, and the Division is now in receipt of a request from the employes that the case be withdrawn.

                  AWARD


    Claim dismissed.
