PARTIES TO DISPUTE:
SYSTEM FEDERATION NO. 101, RAILWAY EMPLOYES'
DEPARTMENT, AFL-CIO (Firemen and Oilers)
GREAT NORTHERN RAILWAY COMPANY
DISPUTE: CLAIM OF EMPLOYES:
1. That under the current agreement Roundhouse Laborer LeRoy
L. Beldon, Jackson St. Roundhouse, St. Paul, was wrongfully withheld from service pending and following an investigation.
2. That LeRoy L. Beldon was wrongfully discharged as a result
of findings of the investigation.
3. That accordingly the Carrier be ordered to compensate the
Claimant for all time lost since January 19, 1957.
STAT
EMENT: The above question was submitted to the Second Division
of the National Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to organization in ex parte form, hearing thereon was not held, and the Division is now
in receipt of a request from the employes that the case be withdrawn.
AWARD
Claim dismissed.
