RAILROAD COMPANY


    DISPUTE: CLAIM OF EMPLOYES:


    1. That the Carrier deprived Machinist H. H. Nelson of pay for time worked and expenses while temporarily relieving Working Foreman at Bozeman, Montana.


    2. That accordingly the Carrier be ordered to pay Machinist H. H. Nelson and additional amount as follows:


      Four (4) hours' pay at straight time for September 30, 1956 plus mileage expenses for use of automobile traveling to Bozeman; eight (8) hours' pay at time and one-half rate for each of the following days-October 2, 9 and 16; an additional four (4) hours' pay at straight time rate for October 1, 8 and 15; four (4) hours' pay at time and onehalf rate October 21, 1956 for return to Deer Lodge, plus mileage expense for automobile; also expenses for meals during the period of September 30th and October 21st, 1956.


STATEMENT: The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the National Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to organization in ex parte form, and the Division is now in receipt of a request from the employes that the case be withdrawn.

                  AWARD


    Claim dismissed.
