DISPUTE: aLAIM OF EMPLOYES:
1. That under the current agreement Laborer John Mullins
was unjustly dealt with when he was denied the right to fill the job
on which he was the senior bidder.
2. That accordingly the Carrier be ordered to assign the aforesaid laborer to the position on which he was the senior bidder.
.. STATEMENT: The above question was submitted to the Second Division
of the 1*~qWnal Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to organi
zation in ej*c parte form, and the Division is now in receipt of a request from
the employes that tl)e case be withdrawn.
AWARD
Claim dismissed.
