PARTIES TO DISPUTE:

SYSTEM FEDERATION NO. 101, RAILWAY EMPLOYES'

DEPARTMENT, AFL-CIO (Carmen)


      GREAT NORTHERN RAILWAY COMPANY


    DISPUTE: CLAIM OF EMPLOYES:


    1. That under the current agreement Upholsterer Steven Patrick is entitled to Foreman's rate of pay instead of leadman's rate from September 9 through 13, 1957, inclusive, account relieving Upholsterer Foreman during that period.


    2. That accordingly the Carrier be ordered to compensate the aforesaid employe at the Foreman's applicable rate of pay for September 9 through 13, 1957, inclusive.


STATEMENT: The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the National Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to organization in ex parte form, and the Division is now in receipt of a request from the employes that the case be withdrawn.

                  AWARD


    Claim dismissed.
