THE BALTIMORE AND OHIO RAILROAD COMPANY
DISPUTE:
CLAIM OF EMPLOYES:
1. That under the controlling agreement the Carrier improperly
withheld Carman Helper John A. King from service at the Toledo,
Ohio, car shop from May 9, 1957, the date on which he reported for
work, until June 20, 1957, the date on which he was restored to
service.
2. Therefore, accordingly, the Carrier be ordered to compensate
Carman Helper John A. King for all time lost starting May 9, 1957,
until June 19, 1957, both dates inclusive.
STATEMENT:
The above question was submitted to the Second Division
of the National Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to organization in ex parte form, and the Division is now in receipt of a request from
the employes that the case be withdrawn.
AWARD
Claim dismissed.
