PARTIES TO DISPUTE
SYSTEM FEDERATION NO. 97, RAILWAY EMPLOYES'
DEPARTMENT, AFL-CIO (Sheet Metal Workers)
ATCHISON, TOPEKA AND SANTA FE RAILWAY COMPANY
DISPUTE: CLAIM OF EMPLOYES:
1. That under the controlling agreement W. L. Dover, retired
sheet metal worker, and Mrs. W. L. Dover, his dependent wife, have
been unjustly denied the usual and normal pass privileges granted
other employes who have retired upon attaining the age of sixty-five
(65) years.
2. That accordingly the carrier be ordered to restore to them
the same pass privileges granted other retired employes and their
dependents.
STATEMENT: The above question was submitted to the Second Division
of the National Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to organization in ex parte form, and the Division is now in receipt of a request from the
employes that the case be withdrawn.
AWARD
Claim dismissed.
