DISPUTE:
CLAIM OF EMPLOYES:
1. That under the controlling agreement the Carrier dealt
unjustly with Mr. Chris Pallansch, Machinist Helper, St. Cloud roundhouse, when it required him to appear at an investigation on the date
of June 21, 1957 and refused to pay him for so appearing.
2. That the Carrier therefore be ordered to compensate this
employe in the amount of a four hour call, the amount requested, at
the applicable straight time rate for his appearance at the time and
place requested of him by the Carrier.
STATEMENT:
The above question was submitted to the Second Division
of the National Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to organization in ex parte form and the Division is now in receipt of a request from the
employes that the case be withdrawn.
AWARD
Claim dismissed.
