SYSTEM FEDERATION NO. 97, RAILWAY EMPLOYES'
DEPARTMENT, AFL-CIO (Electrical Workers)
ATCHISON, TOPEKA AND SANTA FE RAILWAY COMPANY
DISPUTE: CLAIM OF EMPLOYES:
1. That under the current Agreement, the Carrier erred when
others than electrical workers were assigned to perform electrical
workers' work at Silsbee, Texas.
2. That accordingly the Carrier be ordered to compensate Electrician W. A. Oliver four (4) hours at his regular straight time rate
for May 14, 15, 21, 22, 28 and 29, June 4, 5, 11, 12, 18, 19, 25 and
26, 1957, July 2 and 3, 1957, and one and one-half (11/z) hours for
June 6, 1957.
STATEMENT: The above question was submitted to the Second Division
of the National Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to organization in ex parte form, and the Division is now in receipt of a request from the
employes that the case be withdrawn.
AWARD
Claim dismissed.
